To subscribe to the WebVault, follow these 2 steps:

   I understand and agree that Vault logins (username and password) are exclusive and therefore non-transferable. I will not share, post, give away, or sell mine. My user login will be terminated and my account cancelled if I am found non-compliant. I understand and agree that this Vault is an original collection belonging to ScreamDesign. I will not re-post, resell, or bundle this collection, in part or in full. I understand and agree this is not permissible either on-line or in printed collateral, regardless of cost. (For example, I cannot add any of these images to the free artwork area on my site and offer it to users for download. The same holds true if I want to include any of this artwork on a CD-ROM). I understand that I may use this art as part of my web site/software navigation or user interface, etc., so long as I am using it for utilitarian purposes, and am not offering it as a standalone download. I understand and agree that if I wish to re-post or resell any part of this collection, I will need explicit written permission from Scream Design.com, Inc. Submit all requests to: partner@screamdesign.com. I understand and agree that international copyright laws protect the entire contents of this Vault. The owners of the copyrights are Scream Design.com, Inc., its affiliates, and/or other third party licensors. In other words, I cannot include these images in my copyright or claim to have created them myself. Minor modifications such as a color change or the addition of text merely creates a derivative of the original work, which would still mean that ScreamDesign.com, Inc. retains copyright over the derivative, as well as to the original underlying work. I will provide a credit line if I use any of these files, artwork, or objects in this Vault, or a derivative thereof. I understand that if I purchase a "personal" license, I agree to use the images on one personal or one business site only. I understand there is a $500 fee payable to ScreamDesign.com, Inc. if this rule is violated. I understand and agree that subscription orders are nonrefundable. If I do not comply with the above terms, my subscription will be terminated and ScreamDesign.com may seek other remedies available to it under applicable copyright and other laws.

   (Note: A developer license entitles you to use the WebVault items on your own site and the sites of your clients. However, you may NOT include the images or content from the WebVault in an image library for resale or redistribution, without ScreamDesign's express prior approval.)
